1. Acceptance, scope and current version

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to access, browsing, contact and use of allpokerdeals.com, its language versions, editorial pages, tools and associated communications (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Site or send us information through its forms or channels. The "Last reviewed" date on this page identifies the current version. These Terms complement the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Responsible Play page; in the event of conflict concerning personal data or cookies, the specific policy for that subject will prevail.

2. Operator and nature of the Site

The Site publishes editorial information about online poker, rooms, promotions, rewards programmes, payment methods, guides, comparisons, affiliate arrangements and responsible play. We are not a poker room, casino, sportsbook, payment processor, bank, custodian, financial, tax or legal adviser, or representative of an operator or regulator, unless a specific page expressly and verifiably states otherwise.

3. No gaming account, deposits or intermediation service

AllPokerDeals does not open or manage gaming accounts, does not accept or process deposits, bets, withdrawals, prizes, cryptocurrencies or visitor funds, and does not carry out KYC checks on behalf of rooms. Nor does it decide whether an account, bonus, withdrawal, promotion, limit or claim will be accepted by a third party.

Any registration, payment, verification, game, promotion, self-exclusion or contractual relationship with a room takes place directly between you and that operator. 4. Age, location, legality and responsible play

8. Affiliate relationships and commercial disclosures

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links. If you take an action that meets the partner's conditions, AllPokerDeals may receive compensation. The existence of that relationship must be communicated clearly, visibly and close to the relevant content or link; a general disclosure does not replace a specific one when the latter is required.

A commercial relationship does not purchase a favourable opinion, a particular ranking or the omission of relevant information. We do not accept payment to publish a positive review, alter an editorial conclusion or conceal a material fact. 9. Offers, referrals and attribution

We may decline, limit, suspend or close an optional enquiry when we reasonably detect spam, fraud, impersonation, abusive activity, an attempt to circumvent controls, an unlawful request, a security risk, manifestly inconsistent data, offensive conduct or a request that is unreliable or outside the scope of the Site. This right does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have, including privacy requests.

11. Rules of use and prohibited conduct

• Do not use the Site to breach a law, an order, third-party rights, responsible-play norms or an operator's conditions.
• Do not attempt to circumvent geographic, age, residence, identity, self-exclusion, limit, KYC, sanctions, payment restriction or promotional controls of a third party.
• Do not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, mass-extraction software, automated uploads, reverse engineering, malware, denial-of-service attacks, probing, code injection, malicious links or techniques that damage, disrupt or overload the Site.
• Do not impersonate another person, provide false data, send spam, harvest data from other visitors or post illegal, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, deceptive or privacy-invading content.
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas, credentials, non-public source code, accounts, infrastructure or data not expressly made available to you.
• Do not remove ownership notices, trade marks, affiliate disclosures, attributions, warnings or security measures, or represent a non-existent relationship, sponsorship or endorsement with AllPokerDeals.

12. Messages, suggestions and content you send us

When you write to us, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is lawful, materially accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send us sensitive or high-risk information. By submitting a contact request and checking the required consent box, you authorise AllPokerDeals to store the request and share it with the support team in a private Telegram chat so they can reply. Where configured, technical data such as the request IP may be used to estimate approximate location and network signals as described in the Privacy Policy. A message does not oblige us to reply, publish, investigate, verify, maintain professional confidentiality or act with an operator.

Non-confidential suggestions, comments or ideas about the Site may be used to evaluate or improve the service without any obligation to compensate you, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We will not publish testimonials, player experiences or personal identifiers as general facts without context, reasonable verification and, where applicable, the necessary basis or authorisation.

13. Comments and future community features

You may link to public pages fairly without suggesting an association, sponsorship or endorsement.

The trade marks, logos and names of operators and third parties belong to their respective owners. Their mention on the Site is for identification, comparative or editorial purposes and does not grant a licence or imply sponsorship. If you believe that a material infringes your rights, write to [email protected] identifying the material, the right invoked, a sufficient explanation and a means of contact.

15. Availability, changes and security of the Site

We may modify, correct, withdraw, limit, reorganise, translate, update or interrupt any part of the Site, content, link, tool or feature, temporarily or permanently. We will endeavour to act reasonably when a change materially affects an active feature, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with all devices, freedom from errors or that the Site is free of harmful components.

We take reasonable steps to protect the Site, but no internet-connected environment is completely secure. You should keep your browser updated, verify the domains you visit and use your own security measures. Do not send information that would not be appropriate to share over an ordinary web channel.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We grant no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, continuity, security, third-party availability, economic outcome, eligibility, local legality or suitability of an offer.

Nothing in this clause excludes any warranty, right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If a jurisdiction does not permit certain exclusions, the exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by that jurisdiction.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllPokerDeals and those collaborating on the Site are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or reputational losses; loss of data, revenue, opportunity, funds, prizes, bonuses or profits; or for gaming decisions, third-party changes, operator unavailability, payment issues, KYC, withdrawals, sanctions, self-exclusions or a third party's breach.

This limitation applies even if the possibility of such losses was foreseeable, and does not limit liability for fraud, personal injury or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms reduces the mandatory consumer or user rights applicable in your country of residence.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to hold AllPokerDeals harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, infringement of third-party rights, information you send or any attempt to circumvent an operator's rules. This clause does not apply to the extent that the damage results from our fraudulent conduct or a liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.

19. Privacy, cookies and communications

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookies, local storage, analytics and consent controls are described in the Cookie Policy. You should not interpret these Terms as consent to non-essential cookies, newsletters, marketing, data transfers or processing for which the law requires a separate choice.

If you voluntarily subscribe to a newsletter or promotional communication in the future, you will be informed of the purpose, the provider and the unsubscribe mechanism before sending begins. We will not use a support message as automatic consent to commercial communications.

20. Suspension and termination of access

We may block or restrict technical access to the Site when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, rights protection, abuse prevention or enforcement of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will apply measures proportionate to the detected risk.

You may stop using the Site at any time. Clauses that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, applicable privacy, claims and third-party rights — remain in force after cessation of use.

21. Applicable law, claims and severability

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the law applicable to the operator established in Andorra, without prejudice to the mandatory rules, consumer rights and jurisdiction that are compulsorily applicable by reason of your residence or another applicable norm. No visitor is intended to be deprived of protection that cannot be waived by law.

We will endeavour to review the communication in good faith. You may resort to the competent authority, body or court when the law recognises that right.

If a clause is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms shall continue in force. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of it.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Site, its features, link models, a technology, regulations or security requirements change. We will publish the new review date and, when the change is material and the law so requires, will display a reasonable notice or request an additional action before applying it.

We recommend reviewing this page before using a new feature, submitting information or making a decision based on the content. Previous relevant versions may be retained when necessary to evidence which conditions were in force on a particular date.
