Cookie Policy
1. Controller, scope and reading this policy
AllPokerDeals is operated by Marc Company Escriche and this policy applies to allpokerdeals.com, its language versions and its public pages. It explains the use of cookies, local storage and similar technologies in the visitor's browser or device.
This policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy. A cookie does not always contain data that directly identifies a person, but it may relate to technical information, an identifier or a preference; that is why we explain the purposes, providers and available controls.
2. What are cookies, local storage and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files that a site or a third party can save to or read from the browser. Local storage ("localStorage") stores data in the browser for a similar purpose, but is technically not a cookie. Other technologies may include identifiers, pixels, tags or link parameters.
These technologies may be used to remember a choice, retain a preference, measure performance in aggregate, maintain security or attribute a click. Not all behave the same way, nor do all have the same duration, recipient or legal basis. This policy does not declare planned technologies as active.
3. Choice and consent principles
Non-essential technologies — currently analytics — must not load until you take a positive acceptance action when applicable rules require consent. The panel presents the options "Accept analytics", "Reject analytics" and "Manage preferences" visibly; continuing to browse or closing the panel does not by itself constitute consent.
Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the public content of the Site. You can open "Cookie settings" from the footer at any time to review and change your choice. When you withdraw analytics consent, the Site attempts to deactivate it and delete the analytics cookies it controls. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of measurement carried out before that moment when it was validly based on your consent.
4. Technologies currently implemented
The following inventory reflects the code currently deployed for the Site. The exact presence of a technology depends on the visitor's action, on whether Google Analytics has a measurement ID configured, and on the choices made. A technical review before each relevant launch or change should confirm this inventory.
The durations indicated are maximums or known default values in the current configuration. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, a browser setting or a provider change may reduce them.

5. Categories and purposes
- Preferences and essential storage: allows remembering your cookie choice and, if you choose it, your consultation region. These technologies are not used for personalised advertising.
- Analytics: measures pages visited, navigation, performance, browser, device and approximate information derived from the IP in aggregate form. Used to understand which content or features to improve. Google Analytics does not load until you accept this category.
- Affiliation and outgoing links: some links may include parameters to attribute a visit or referral. We do not currently declare an active own marketing or affiliation cookie on AllPokerDeals. When you click an external link, the third party may use its own technologies and its own policy will apply.
- Marketing, retargeting and behavioural advertising: these are not active as their own category in the current configuration. They will not be activated without first updating the panel, this policy, the Privacy Policy and the provider inventory.
6. Google Analytics and recipients
If you accept analytics and the measurement ID is configured, the Site loads the Google Analytics gtag.js library and configures measurement with IP anonymisation. Google may process technical and usage data in accordance with its own documents and infrastructure location. IP anonymisation does not by itself make all data anonymous or remove the need to apply the consent rules that may apply.
Google Analytics is not used here for targeted advertising, remarketing, audience lists, health profiles, automated decisions with legal effects or sale of personal data. Before activating any such feature, the provider, legal basis, choice mechanism and this policy will be reviewed.
7. Affiliate links, embedded content and third parties
An editorial page may contain a link to a room, service or external resource. Before you click it, the link may include technical attribution parameters. After leaving AllPokerDeals, the third party controls their cookies, identifiers, logs, pixels, forms, advertising and conditions. Review their policies before registering or providing information.
We do not currently declare videos, maps, social networks, comments, advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party chat platforms as active technologies on this page. If they are embedded in the future, it will be reviewed whether they load cookies before interaction and the inventory, panel and necessary controls will be updated.
8. How to accept, reject or change your choice
You can use the panel that appears when visiting the Site to accept or reject analytics. To change a later decision, select "Cookie settings" in the footer; the same preferences panel will open. Rejection and withdrawal are available without requiring you to create an account or pay.
If you change your choice to rejection, the Site sets the analytics preference to "no" and runs a cleanup of the visible cookies beginning with _ga, _gid or _gat on the current domain. Some third-party cookies, cookies with a different path or domain, or data already sent to a provider may require additional management through that third party's tool or through the browser.
9. Browser controls and manual deletion
In addition to the panel, you can clear, block or limit cookies and local storage from your browser settings. Browsers typically allow deleting data by site, opening a private window or blocking third-party cookies. Consult your browser's documentation for the exact procedure.
Clearing browser data may cause the panel to appear again, the region preference to be lost, or certain technical features to behave differently than expected. Blocking all cookies does not always delete other types of local storage, so it is worth reviewing both controls.
10. Browser signals and Global Privacy Control
The Site does not currently respond automatically to "Do Not Track" signals or Global Privacy Control (GPC). This does not authorise the activation of non-essential technologies: analytics still depends on the choice made in the panel.
If targeted advertising, sale or "sharing" of data under US state laws is activated, compatibility with GPC, opt-out rights and the information to be provided to visitors will be reviewed beforehand.
11. Legal basis and transfers
Where the GDPR or an equivalent standard applies, retaining a choice or preference you requested may be based on technical necessity or the corresponding legitimate interest; optional analytics is based on consent where required. The specific basis may vary depending on the purpose and jurisdiction.
AllPokerDeals is established in Andorra. Technical providers may process information in the European Economic Area, the United States or elsewhere depending on their infrastructure. See the Privacy Policy for general rules on recipients and international transfers.
12. Updating, scanning and inventory review
Cookies may change when code, hosting, analytics, a provider, a campaign, a video, a map, a social network, a chat or a comment system is modified. Before incorporating a non-essential technology, a proportionate technical and legal review will be carried out, controls will be adjusted and this policy and inventory will be updated.
A cookie scanner can help detect new technologies, but does not replace human review of the purpose, provider, load condition and actual configuration. The published declaration must reflect what a visitor can find in production, not a generic list of possible tools.
13. Changes and contact
We may amend this policy when the technologies, provider, purpose, durations or regulations change. We will indicate the "Last reviewed" date and, if the change requires new consent, will request it before activating the corresponding technology.
